Hello Borderite athletic family!

We are excited to announce a new platform that allows us to go paperless with all of our athletic and medical forms and documentation.

Final Forms is a program that is available to all our athletes to sign up with and register with their sports. It is incredibly easy to get started! All of the usual athletic forms are included and you can do it all from your computer or smartphone.

Each year the system carries over the information, so once you have created a profile the only thing you will need to do is update necassary information such as addresses, medical information, and consent forms.

The system will also push notifications to you when there is something important needed to be shared such as an injury or missed practice.
